box was in a very bad condition the hairpin was broken as seen in the image quality isn’t good some of the details are not even completely attached to the main body and also have some dirt on it wouldn’t recommend it honestly only gave this brand a try to see but unfortunately they didn’t deliver on quality would ask for a refund but just to lazy to do it keeping it as a reminder to NOT buy unknown brandsedit:seller contacted me after the review offered a new item to replace the one I bought from them I would say at least since the price is affordable go for it and if you encounter the same thing as I did contact them they are active and polite
