Lovely looking jacket that I am sure will provide the extra warmth my wife is looking for. Only the sizing guide was some what disappointing. We measured as suggested and selected based on the guidelines. When we received the jacket it was definitely too large for my wife and in fact fitted me who is definitely broader. Will be returning to purchase same product in small.

Fits per your normal sizing. If you wear an X-Large. Order an X-Large.
Push and hold the button on the left breast for approximately 2 second after turning the battery on.Easy operation of heat levels. 3 separate heat settings shown in 3 different colors (Red/White/Blue). Push once to change to the next setting. Hold for approximately 2 to 3 seconds to turn off.Hood is large and covers my wife's whole head.Love that the battery has a digital display for the power charge and it increases as you charge it until it reaches 100 percent. Battery is a bit hefty but fits into the zippered pocket nicely and my wife doesn't really notice the weight when wearing the jacket. Jacket front and upper back heat up quickly and stay warm. Love that the jacket has a zip in/out liner with a zippered pocket so you can also wear it as a "wind breaker" (without heat). Or you can just wear the inner liner (with heat). And if you want to remove the hood it zips on and off.The things my wife really isn't thrilled about:The button to turn the power on/ off and change the settings is on the underside of the jacket on the left chest area. So to change temperatures and turn the jacket off and on you have to unzip the jacket a bit and reach under it to fold the left chest outward so that you can see the button and what color (temp) it is currently on as well as knowing if it is even on at all and to turn it off.The exterior pockets for your hands seem really thin and you don't really feel the heat from the jacket in the pockets so if your hands are cold, they most likely will stay cold unless you are wearing gloves for warmth.Even with the above mentioned issues this is gonna be a great addition to my wife's winter clothing and will help keep her warm when she is out in the snow and wind.

Very nice
This jacket fits as expected. I was looking forward to trying out a heated jacket as I have previously tried some other heated garments such as a vest. Overall this is a high quality jacket and the heat works great. The only downside I can note, which is the reason for deducting a star, is the connection from the jacket to the power bank seems to be proprietary. With my heated vest, the connection uses USB-A, which means I can bring my own power bank, or swap power banks out when one dies. WIth this jacket, because it has a proprietary connector, I can only use the included power bank and not swap it out when it dies or if I want to use a larger one.

Impressive quality - all the way down to the packaging!
I've come to not expect very high quality from brands I'm unfamiliar with purchased online - but this jacket had me pleasantly surprised. The first thing I noticed was the packaging - it was in a reusable (they say waterproof) zippered bag, and everything inside was carefully packed, well organized and not thrown together like I often see. So far, so good! The jacket itself also seems to be well made. It seems like it will last for some time, and I think it would do a decent job keeping me warm even without using the heating element. They recommend plugging in the battery pack before the first use so it is fully charged. I plugged it in and saw the number "65" blinking. At first I thought that had to do with the temperature setting, but soon realized that it was actually blinking with the charge amount of the battery pack. So cool! I've seen items that have four dots in a row that light up to let you know when your item is 25%, 50%, 75% etc charged - but this gives you an exact number! Ok, maybe I'm easily impressed there, but I thought that was a nice touch. It only goes up to 99%, but that's because there is only room for 2 numbers. Once it showed 99% for a bit I considered it fully charged. There is an inside pocket where you put the battery pack and plug it in, and a button above that which lets you choose from three different temperatures - and an LED light that changes color depending on whether you choose low, medium, or high. I turned it on high and it seemed to warm up pretty quick. I haven't had any very cold days yet, but I'm definitely excited for my trip up north next month so I can really put it to the test.I normally wear a woman's medium for tops when they are short-sleeved, but I find that because I am tall and have long arms, medium long-sleeved shirts often aren't long enough. Since this is outerwear anyway, and I'm ok with it being a bit more bulky, I picked the large size. I think with the fit on this jacket, the medium actually would have been OK. The sleeves are a little bit long for the large, and the jacket is a bit big - but that will actually likely be perfect for bulkier clothes underneath. So far, I am very happy with this jacket. I hate being cold, and avoid traveling to cold states in the winter, but this jacket makes it seem like my next trip will be a lot more tolerable!
