She used them for the gym as she was just starting and her grip was giving outThey are very easy to use, the straps are one size fits all, you have to have some thick thick thick thick wrist to not be able to use themThey are comfortable but they need to be broken in early on they are slightly stiff but do become flexibleThe quality of strap is definitely there the padding is mice tooI got her the pink ones, i loved the selection of colors i might grab some red or blue ones not sure just yet

Great Quality!
Been using these on a regular basis for the past month or so and they're great! Soft straps with nice foam padding to help protect your wrists. The tails are a lot longer than on any other straps I've used. The length makes it a bit harder to get settled on a conventional bar, but comes in really handy when using an axle bar or anything with a larger diameter. Haven't had to utilize customer service at all, but they have been really good to email, check in, and be present.My only gripe with these straps is that they are meant for BIG wrists. If I'm pulling them tight, the foam ends up being off center and a bit of it has to be tucked into the through loop. Not a huge deal, but definitely something for slighter folks to be aware of.

Removes the limit of grip strength for PR type lifts
Straps are comfortable around the wrist and easy to tighten around the bar. Doing deadlifts and lat pulldowns I didn’t experience any slippage of the straps during the movements. Only have a couple weeks of use so far but zero complaints and the quality seems on point.

Longer than most straps
I would like to start by saying I like that they aren’t generic cloth and they they are longer length than most my only complaint after a few weeks of use is that I personally would like the closed loop to be smaller as when they are just resting on your wrist they tend to want to fall off a simple stitch to close that gap would change me review to 5 stars.
