I feel they are quality supplements. I have been bothered with acid reflux so been trying to boost the health of my stomach. I am feeling more relief these days but I’m also trying to watch what I eat. Comes in a dark glass bottle and I believe that this helps keep the quality of the product inside. Easy to take as they’re. Not too big. No after taste even though they smell in the jar! Didn’t feel much difference with energy levels but I only but one jar. They’re not too expensive either. I would probably have to take them longer to see more health benefits.

Been using these for a few weeks now, not sure whether it's the improvement in the weather or these too but I feel more energetic than before using these!Product came true to the advertisement. Sealed and seemingly good quality too. Pills are easy to swallow, and I also think at a very reasonable price. The taste isn't hugely offensive but with most supplements they never really taste wonderful. Would recommend to anyone trying to up their nutrition.

It’s a good value for money, especially after recent price drop to £14.36, works out just £0.16 per capsule.Seems to be good quality, easy to consume. Can’t comment any more regarding a supplement really, all to their own but personally I’m very pleased.

I tend to view sea moss like kelp as it isn’t too dissimilar, and kelp has been a part of my diet for a long time. Latterly, I’ve been taking quite a bit of sea moss too, and like kelp it seems to contribute well to my health. There’s nothing immediately noticeable when taking this, but like a diet rich in fruit and vegetables, if it keeps my in general good health and stops (or slows down) potential problems then I’m fine with that.Sea moss has been used a lot in traditional medicine, and no wonder as it’s nutrient-dense and there’s good healthful properties associated with it. Nutrient-wise, it’s particularly rich in minerals (a whopping 92, I believe) which helps provide the diet with these important elements.The KIKI brand seems to specialise in pure, additive-free products, so I’m starting to look out for it more as I believe that if consuming health foods then they really ought to be entirely healthy. The Irish seas moss here is sustainably-sourced and organic, which further adds value to the brand.Please note that sea moss contains a good amount of iodine, which although beneficial, one needs to be careful that there isn’t too much in the diet, so it’s probably best to avoid taking this supplement with other similar products containing it. That’s why I take either kelp or sea moss, but never the two together.There’s 90 day’s supply in this bottle so is an ideal amount for taking as a batch at a time, and then maybe switching to something else for a while.For the amount and quality status the price is reasonable. Capsules are easy to swallow with no aftertaste.

I've been taking this for about a month and can't say that I've noticed any difference in anything. Physically or mentally.Easy to swallow, no flavour on the capsule which is a pleasant change! Haven't cracked one open to see what it smells and tastes like, not sure I want to!A little on the expensive side but for 3 months worth it probably balances quite well.
