Excellent ear plugs for shooting muzzle loading black powder for reenactments. Because they are clear you hardly see them so fine to wear when safety is important but looking authentic is also a key aim. They are comfortable and with the plugs open you can still hear enough but stay safe. I'm very impressed with these. The little case is also handy to keep them about when needed.

Item arrived quickly after placing the order. They are used for motorbike riding. The combination of an ear plug and ear moulding to hold them in place is perfect. Colour coded for left and right fitting and contained in their own carry box. They fit snug and comfortable and once in place they remain in position even with a helmet!! They keep out all noise and with a choice of two sound settings they are perfect for motorbike use. I would recommend them to other bikers.

I recently bought these, and have used them with both blanks as well as on the shooting range, and I do not regret my purchase.They work well when doing patrols, where you have to be quiet, need to be able to listen to your surroundings, as well as communicate quietly with the rest of the unit.They reduce the noise nicely when firing blanks, but when I was on the shooting range, I felt they didn't quite reduce the noise enough.They are easy to fit into your ears, and don't move much, though sometimes need a little push to stay in the ear. Because of that, I've also bought the EP4, which has a longer stem.

Good ear defence, if using weapons always have the plugs in though. But these work very well with radios too. As comfy as an in ear, ear defence can be. Bit fiddly to get used to though.

They are comfortable fit well not had chance to try them but initial impression good would recommend

Ear defenders are good but don't block certain sounds out, I work in a factory with different levels of sound from machinery, hear work mates talking even with the additional small plugs in.

Have bought these before but lost one. Does a good job without making the ear sweat like over ear defenders. Speech is still clear enough to hold a conversation whilst dumbing down gunfire at close quarters

Bought these for two reasons, first is to use with a radio earpiece (acoustic tube) as other varieties do not "hold" on in your ear enough and there is constant re-adjustment. These however are great (on one ear) .I found the fit on my left ear to be absolutely perfect, but not on my right (clearly not built equally!) , my right ear has a slightly larger "concha" (The bowl bit inside your ear) , so ideally I'd like to see these available in singles, so that you don't end up with two pairs (One medium, one large) as i have, with one pair being a Medium and Large, for actual defending of your ears when using machinery, and and the other being a medium on it's own for Radio use.All in, a great product and so far, very comfortable. Might try the EP4's next.
