THIS IS THE SECOND PROPERTY THAT I HAVE USED THIS ON. THE FIRST I DID THE CEILING AND WALLS OF THE BUNGALOW THAT WERE FACING TO THE OUTSIDE. GAVE THE WALLS THREE COATS ~ LEFT ONE SECTION AS A CONTROL TEST PIECE. DURING THE WINTER I FELT THE CONTROL AND IT WAS VERY COLD TO THE TOUCH. THE THREE COAT SECTION WAS NO WHERE AS NEAR AS COLD. AND HAD A SORT OF FLOCK FEEL TO IT. HENCE DOING MY SECOND PROPERTY WITH THIS PAINT. BUT AS FOR REDUCING MY GAS BILL, DIFFICULT TO TELL WITH THE PRICE GOING UP ALL THE TIME.

Easy to apply just have to wait a while to see if it helps with my condensation problem.

It is now about four weeks since I painted our loft with Thermilate Insopaint to prevent condensation on the walls and ceiling. No sign of the return of moisture condensing in the loft to date so I think my problem may be resolved. I would like a bit longer without signs to be fully convinced as I have had short term success with other paints, however, I would say there seems to be an increase in the surface temperature of the painted surfaces as claimed.

I was told about this painting to help our 3 outside walled shower room become ‘warmer’. I bought it being sceptical but had to try? Easy application as normal and can wash the roller in warm water to clean.Made ‘test points’ in room which are the original wall surface. Painted the room on 3 outside walls. Temp difference (with thermometer on surface setting) measured a +0.2/0.3deg increase once dried and cured! You can ‘feel’ the difference with this paint - Amazing. Will use again on all our ‘outside’ walls now. Highly recommend !! Expensive paint but makes life warmer.
