With just Type C Thunderbolt ports on the new Pro, this gadget is essential if you want to attach other USB kit such as a DSLR camera or SD cards and/or charge the laptop at the same time. Fits securely, is small and discrete, the space grey colour is a good match and has a nice tiny white light on the top surface when on. The ports seem a little stiff when first in use but disconnections just require a little care to prize them away.Nice small leather carrying pouch with a magnetic closer. Also supplied in a well made strong little cardboard box if that's what you prefer to travel with. Good value for what it does.

The device comes professionally packaged in a nice box inside of which you get the Hub inside a fancy pouch -that allows you to carry the device without damaging. Very nice design product.

most devices that I plugged in did not work as the power supply is too low... Other than plugging in the occasional memory stick not much use. The card reader is not bad.

Brilliant bit of kit. Provides me with the extra capabilities, missing from the new MacBook Pro. It’s small, light and versatile and I’m impressed, a little on the expensive side but I felt it was worth the cost.

bought to compliment a 2018 MacBook Pro and it appeared to be the perfect complimentary accessory . its let down was that both connecting ports failed to engage securely with the Macs ports with a reassuring click and thus were loose, so I returned the item . refund was swift, but it was a real shame as I thought it was going to be the one accessory that I really wanted and at a great price too

Greta product - fits in nicely with Mac book pro 13 inch (2017) with 4 thunderbolt 3 / USB-C ports.

Doesn’t fit as securely as I would like and if there is even the smallest level of movement connected drives will dropout.

Vor kurzem habe ich mein altgedientes MacBook Pro aus dem Jahre 2012 an meinen jüngeren Bruder weitergegeben und mir ein neues MacBook Pro 13 Zoll angeschafft. Damit habe ich erst einmal auch viele Anschlussmöglichkeiten verloren, da Apple hier nur noch auf USB-C setzt.Um dem "Dongle Salat" zu entgehen, habe ich mich nach einer "All-in-one" Lösung umgesehen und bin hier fündig geworden. Im Gegensatz zu den etwas teuerer Konkurrenzprodukten fehlt hier zwar der HDMI Anschluss, was für mich jetzt weniger tragisch ist, dafür funktioniert der äußere USB-C Anschluss einwandfrei auch zum Laden des MacBooks, was bei den anderen Produkten angepriesen wird, aber wenn man den Rezensionen Glauben schenken darf, wohl nicht wirklich funktioniert.Der Adapter ist kompakt, fühlt sich dank Aluminium Rahmen sehr wertig an und passt auch dank der Farbe (bei mir spacegrau) perfekt zum MacBook Pro. Er sitzt fest im Macbook und es gibt keine Lücke zwischen dem Adapter und Notebook Rahmen. Manche USB Kabel sitzen sehr fest im Adapter, so dass man beim Abziehen manchmal mit 2 Händen arbeiten muss, damit man den Adapter nicht mit aus dem Notebook zieht. Für mich stellt das aber kein Kritikpunkt dar.Mit dem Adapter habe ich genau das gefunden, wonach ich gesucht habe. Er hat genau meine Erwartungen und Anforderungen erfüllt, u.a. benötige ich somit kein Kabel Lightning<>USB-C, sondern kann mein normales iPhone Ladekabel verwenden, um es an das MacBook anzuschließen. Preis/Leistung passt in meinen Augen.

Ottimo prodotto, funziona perfettamente e apre il mac a diverse opzioni periferiche. Fattura ottima e ancoraggio perfetto. Custodia molto utile.

Lo he estado utilizando en un macbook pro de 2017 y funciona perfecto.Lo que más me ha llamado la atención al abrirlo es que es muy muy pequeño, mucho más de lo que pensaba, por lo que no molesta ni estorba una vez conectado al ordenador.Tiene 2 puertos USB, 2 puertos USB-C y dos ranuras para leer tarjetas SD.Además, como detalle, viene incluido en la caja un estuche de cuero para mantenerlo protegido al transportarlo.

je l'ai reçu la semaine dernière.je fais de la photo et j'avais trop peu de ports sur le macbook pro 2016.le hub est discret, léger, design, et fonctionnelj'y ai branché tout ce que j'avais sous la main : disque dur 2To, carte mémoire 32Go, carte micro sd, et clé usb ... aucun soucipas de débranchement de la Wifi (ouf! en lisant certains commentaires j'avais peur)aucun ralentissementJ'attends de voir la suite, mais je suis très satisfaite pour l'instant (juste déçue de la radinerie d'Apple)

Emballage soigné, produit conforme à mes attentes.Plus petit que ce à quoi je m'attendais (ce qui est une bonne surprise !). Compact, discret, léger… L'écart entre les deux ports usb est parfaitement ajusté à mon macbook pro 15" de 2016. Le gris sidéral n'est pas exactement le même, mais rien de choquant.Seul bémol à ce jour :J'ai équipé mon ordinateur d'une coque de protection. La profondeur des ports usbc est insuffisante pour assurer un contact satisfaisant, la coque rajoutant ~ 2mm d'épaisseur. Sans la coque, le contact se fait très bien, mais ces 2 petits mm font toute la différence.J'ai pu régler le problème en découpant ma coque pile à la taille du hub, mais cela implique un peu de bricolage et non un usage "out of the box".
