I ordered a HighDome pressure cooker gasket from Stewart and Gibson Ltd. via the Amazon Marketplace, and it fits perfectly as it is a genuine spare.

It states that this is a gasket for prestige pressure cooker but states its made out of stainless steel? Can anybody elaborate please

The gasket is rubber. Pressure cookers are eithe stainless steel or aluminium
