Have bought this item for sore knee. Works really well, easy to apply, very effective. Pain releif gel is great only a small amount needed to apply, works quickly and works well.

I suffer from pains in my one elbow. Sometimes it's tennis elbow ther times it's golfer's elbow. I applied just one application before bed and I felt the coolness seep through the joint. Second application was after my morning shower, on with my elbow sport support and off to work lifting 20kg blocks for the best part of 9 hours. Some pain is still present but the amount of relief is unbelievable. And I have used one application on my poorly knee. I rubbed that over my knee before bed and felt no pain at work. That is very unusual. I even caught my foot against a pallet. That would normally be enough to trigger a painful reaction, but nothing. I am so impressed I have already ordered a second bottle. That's after just a total of 3 applications. I, unlike some, felt the gel causing a strong cooling sensation.

Bought this to help with pain in my hip. Feels cool when applied but not cold. I felt it did help when used regularly. It does not alleviate pain but it does ease it a bit.

This stuff really eases the pain in my shoulder which at times is very debilitating It's VERY cold so be prepared..

Felt nice when first applied but it did affect my skin making it very itchy. Had to stop using it.

Very impressed with this. Delivers a similar tingle to deep heat, except cold, and somehow more all-encompassing. Also long lasting. You need to add a second application of it a couple of hours after the first to increase the benefit.

I buy this about once a month as it really helps with my back pain

Headline aside, I actually bought it for a miserable skin problem I was having and needed something to stop the itching. I'd found menthol helpful and this was the first that seemed reasonably priced AND didn't have anything I'm allergic to! And it did spectacularly! If you don't like menthol you won't like this (obviously) but if you know what you're getting, it's good! Still testing the keeping-you-cool-in-a-heatwave part, I expect results to be varied ;)
