I read some of the reviews re this bee pin I'd already bought two great broaches depicting acorns better than anything you'd find in a national trust gift shop I recieved my bee pin today it came in a very bright silver bag well packed to protect it I'm sorry to say it hasn't delighted me the same as the acorns the detail and finish is of a lesser quality I'm wondering if these were from a different supplier I'll shall keep mine but it doesn't stand up to the comments and pictures other people have sent

Beautiful little item of the highest quality. It's really well made and detailed and I love that it comes in a little gift bag with an information card as well.It's smaller than I expected, about the size of a ten pence piece.I bought this is a Christmas gift for my mum as she's a Manchester girl and so loves bee jewellery. She really liked it. I'm planning to buy myself one also. Great product.

Cute detailed pin badge. The detail is very good and well made. (Note the actual pin part was smooth so no damage to clothing). Think I’ll be looking at the other items for same seller as am pleased with the quality.

I bought the brooch as a present and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived as it was smaller and more delicate than anticipated. I had imagined it would have a pin fastening rather than a central spike but apart from that it was ideal. It came in a fancy bag with a history of pewter which was a nice touch. I thought it was excellent value for money.
