2105-3972 Mini Loaf Baking Tin, Perfect Results, Non Stick, 8 Hole, Silver

This is a very sturdy non stick Mini loaf pan. I thoroughly greased it using flavourless oil and a pastry brush, (unless you have loaf liners which I didn’t ) you MUST oil it thoroughly or use butter to grease it , so that your bakes will come out easily. I baked these little loaf cakes on 160 deg C as I have a fan assisted oven 180 deg C for ordinary oven for 22 minutes. Do not use metal utensils on these tins. I use only silicone utensils, to avoid scratching damage. Very pleased with this mini loaf tin. The photo attached shows I was testing two separate baking tins. Both excellent buys In my opinion.

I had been looking at this baking tray for a while and didn't want to buy it unless I could get the paper cases for it. I have separate mini tins and thought this would be a better idea. I ordered the Wilton paper cases before and they did not fit my tins so as soon as this came I tried them and they fit perfectly. I have already baked fruit cakes, banana cakes, ginger cakes and coffee cake. They all came out really well and have been bagged and frozen. Although I am using the cases any cake mix that has spilled onto the tin has just wiped off easily, the non-stick coating seems really thick good quality. The size of the cakes is quite generous although no one has complained! I found that a 2lb loaf cake recipe will fit into these eight mini tins well. I have already ordered a few packs of the paper cases and will be ordering another tin very soon. Highly recommended.

I used this tin to try a new recipe for blueberry and raspberry mini loaf cakes. I buttered it well before adding the fresh fruit and the cake mix. Seven out of the eight cakes came out of the tin perfectly. The eighth cake had just stuck slightly where the fresh blueberry had oozed out. I just freed that with a knife gently (as the tin is non stick) and then that one came out perfectly too. Although it is described as suitable for the dishwasher, it does suggest washing by hand in the covering instructions. I did this and then put it in the warm oven to dry. I’m planning to use this baking tin a lot and would recommend it.

Very sturdy and good size for small loaves. Although I greased them well they did stick, I think I will need to line them when I use them next time

Love this mini loaf pan so much we are buying a second. The cake cases we ordered hadn't arrived when we used it but a long strip of greaseproof paper worked well. It is a very sturdy tin and washes perfectly - nothing stuck to it. Very happy with it.

Made lovely "mini hovis" type loaves that cooked perfectly and we're easily removed from the tin. Then, as an experiment, lined the holes with baking parchment and produced some perfectly individual portion sized dauphinoise potatoes as an accompaniment to our Christmas Day lunch! Received loads of compliments, so very happy 😀.

These mini loaf pans are amazing! I've been using them about a month now. I was originally going to buy "Wilton 2105-0108 Pan Perfect Results Non-Stick Mega 18 Cavity Mini Loaf, Metal". I think the cavities might be just slightly bigger, plus there's 18 of them. However it just didn't feel right. I kept imagining myself struggling over the sink with this super large baking pan. So I put off making the purchase for a few days. Every time I went to hit the "buy" button, I'd sigh and end up walking away from the computer. But I REALLY, REALLY wanted a mini loaf pan. So I kept searching. Then I found this smaller size. YAY!!! It's perfect! So much so, I bought two of them, yeah, I'm technically short two cavities, but I'd gladly give that up for convenience. They both fit in a standard oven at the same time. Added bonus they fit completely in the sink. After using them I just pop them in a sink of hot soapy water and they clean up beautifully. So easy. Everything just falls off. Basically it's a "wipe clean". I've made mini loaves of bread, pizza rolls with cheese, where I thought "Oooh, that cheese is a little burnt on the pan, that's gonna suck". But nope! Easily slid off in the sink. Even gooey cinnamon buns (loafs) cleaned up effortlessly. These pans have some weight to them as well. They are really well made. I have absolutely no regrets, and would recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a mini loaf pan. If you buy these I think you'll be super pleased. I know I am!
