Great battery
Very good battery I have one on my camper van had it for years never let me down. So I needed a battery for my car. And this is the one I chose. Excellent quality and performance.

Car now starts.
My previous battery needed to be recharged every few days and as the weather got colder it got worse. I bought this one as the brand was reccomended by my local garage. As the high power was less than £10 more than the standard one I bought it. This battery turns the engine over faster and starts it quicker.The battery arrived, free delivery, the next day (two days sooner than promised) and was a perfect fit in my Honda CRV.As an added bonus it was much cheaper than I could get it locally.

Rubbish battery and non-existent help to obtain a refund.
Battery stopped holding a charge after 18 months. Myself and Amazon attempted to contact Click Car Parts but they would not respond by e-mail or phone. Amazon claims no responsibility and not covered by A-Z guarantee because battery failed after 18 months. They don't seem to understand that batteries should last longer than this. Oh, by the way, the battery has a 5 year manufacturers guarantee but Yuasa say I have to pursue the refund from Click Car Parts who of course won't respond. Yuasa and Amazon both passing the buck! Of course Yuasa could withdraw the retail status of Click Car Parts and Amazon could stop them selling on its platform unless they respond to me but can you see that happening? Its all about greed stupid! Consumer protection laws are useless in this country unless you have hours of spare time and plenty of money to pursue it through the courts. Government won't change the law because they are in the pockets of big business. How much tax did Amazon pay on UK turnover ? Joke.
