Fantastic, most leak but this one works a treat

I read the reviews and felt a little apprehensive after I clicked buy now. However the comments do not give the whole picture. The item is fiddly to fit first time but went on and off no problem and didn’t leak. Used 5 times already! Good product for the money.

It's tricky to get the two lugs to fit onto the lugs on the can, and when you initially think that it is fitted - it leaks like a sieve!A quick tightening up of the lugs, and all is well.A great addition to the Jerry Can that it goes with.

Most of these type of nozzles leak.This one doesn’t.It fitted without issue onto my Jerry cans.Will likely buy another.

Should have read the reviews first. Like many, I found that it does not fit onto a Jerry can even that is precisely what it was designed to do.The problem is obvious. The rubber gasket is simply too thick. To test this I removed it and the nozzle fitted but if course with no gasket there was no seal and so would be useless. I had three choices. Throw it away or send it back or modify the gasket. I chose the latter. The gasket is about 7mm thick and a very solid rubber. So you can cut it to about 3-4mm. Easiest way is to hold it in a vice. The fix seems to work but I have yet to fill the can and pour it so can’t be sure I have a seal.There are also numerous poor reviews on the Jerry can from the same manufacturer. Just really frustrating that I had to do this to get a product to be usable. It must have been obvious that their design was not going to work.

The main metal spout is good enough quality wise, very wide compared to other spouts ive used, would be hard to fill a strimmer, generator or small bike.The small rubber sput supplied to go on the end was much to small and had to be forced over the fat metal spout. But once it on wont come off easy but can then use to fill a steimmer or generator clumsily.
