Easy to fit hand inside to clean. 3. Mixes Powders really well. 4. Perfect size, big enough to make 2 shakes inside, but small enough to just have the 1 shake. 5. Markings for "ml" & "oz". Cons: 1. The quarter turn lid doesn't seem to fit flush. half is flush, whilst the other half in always 1mm away from the top of the container (this may just be a defect in mine), but still has a good seal. 2. the markings are very hard to see when filling up (would have been nice to have had them printed on).
