Whilst I found a couple of the early films a little flimsy I very much enjoyed the two stand alone Wolverine films
Having only seen a couple of the X Men films, I recently watched First Class on Film 4HD. Finding it enjoyable I purchased this set for £12.00. Whilst I found a couple of the early films a little flimsy I very much enjoyed the two stand alone Wolverine films, one of which (the first origins movie) was not that well received. As a piece of after work entertainment sprawled on the sofa I found it and the other films in the set very good value for moneyEach film has extras, some of which are very good indeed. The picture and sound quality throughout is first rate with the later films simply bristling with detail and colour. I watch on an Epson 3D / 2D projector with a 14ft picture so the presentation was very filmic and immersive. The 3D version of The Wolverine is spectacular. Its also a really good martial arts/superhero crossover and probably my favourite along with First Class. If this is the right price and you can get Days of Future past cheaply as a single release go for it!

Wow I was so lucky
Still can't believe I purchased the almost whole collection for its price. Really worth it

Good collection
With the new Days of Future Past release drawing on elements of all previous X-Men films, a collection like this has become an especially worthwhile purchase. Each film occupies one slim-line case, half the width of a regular DVD, so they don't take up too much shelf space either. Admittedly these films do waver in quality - I'm not much of a Wolverine fan, so his two solo outings don't particularly interest me - but overall the X-Men series remains one of the most enjoyable superhero franchises, offering a little more depth and character development along with the usual wham-bang action.

Wolverine!!!!!
Let's face it the hugh Jackman as wolverine need I say more, even origins which is not great is watchable shearly for Hugh Jackman and liev Schreiber. Xmen 1 & 2 very good started the uprising in super hero movies in my opinion and done it so well. 3 not nearly as good as first 2 only thing with the franchise is the constant loopholes but it can be suppose days of futue past fixes that in a way. First class McAvoy and fassbender nail it and Nicholas hoult is a surprise stand out as beast in my opinion.

Top value for money with a 3D BluRay included
For $35 it's the best value BluRay set I've ever bought. There's a 3D Wolverine BluRay in the set also, which not all versions of this box set contain. I'd never seen any of the movies before buying this and have only watched the first two so far but I already feel like it was a good buy. The production values are first-rate - these are big budget films ahead of their time - when you look at the one that came out in 2002, it looks more like a 2009 release.

Blu Ray Quality is Terrible - Shame on the Production house
Service from Amazon was outstanding as per usualProduct Quality is very poor. So i have the DVDs already but wanted to upgrade the movies to Blu ray . The picture quality of the Blu ray is terrible and i wouldnt but it solely for that reason. I reckon the company responsible for producing this collection used the worst format of blu ray copying / reproduction. the picture is grainy and rubbish. Nothing quality about the picture whatsoever; its worth mentioning that i have other blue rays (not bought in a collection) which are superb and every bit what a blu ray disc should be.dont buy this version. The cerebro collection might be better in terms of picture quality

Great value for six X-Men movies.
We bought this 6-pack of Blu-Rays in "Today's Deal" for £25, just prior to seeing "X-Men: Days of Future Past". We were pleasantly surprised to see that the movies included multiple subtitles (very useful for my wife who is not a native English speaker). Overall it is a great value pack including the first 4 X-Men and 2 Wolverine movies. The only minor quirk is that the 'box' is in fact thin cardboard sheath. That doesn't take anything away from the movies though.
