3for2 proto-col Pure Collagen Supplement (90 Capsules)

The dosage recommended was contradictory to the same product purchased from Protocol previously, which is correct??

I started to use this product in 2003 after meeting James. I was at a show and walked passed him on a stick. James came over to me and told me that I was too young to be using a stick, he also looked at my arthritis hands and gave them a massage with a salt and oil scrub which brought a lot of relief. He explained the benefits of collagen and the effect it had on joints. He was promoting the capsules for skin and hair but this was mainly because of the number of joint supplements already on the market. I was not convinced so he gave me some, he was so convinced that it would get me off of my stick. So I started to take it and gradually I found out that I was using my stick less and less and then not at all. I bought more and after a few years stopped for a few months and slowly I was back on the stick, I started to take it again and stopped using the stick again. I know the James as brought out a lot more products since the early days and have tried a lot of them, the face mask it exceptional and I always carry the miracle balm with me. Even my consultant is impressed!

I have been taking Proto-col 120 capsules now for 3 months and was struggling to buy more from my favourite online store - So I came to Amazon who never fail to let me down when I need something. After searching I found these capsules but only in the 90 bottles! I thought I would just get them anyway to keep me topped up as they came in 3 they arrived within a couple of days just in time as I had run out.I must say now that I have checked the strength against my last supply I found that there is more than just less capsules in the bottle the strength is just not as high. 1 capsule x 3 per day in the 90 day bottles is equivalent to 1200mg per serving and 1 capsule x 4 per day in the 120 day bottles is equivalent to 2500mg - So as you can see there is a fare difference and you need to be aware of what you are actually getting for your money and do your homework. They will still work but some of us may need a higher strength and not see a huge difference over 3 months depending on your age. Hope this helps

I liked it did not take long to come, its its only being a few days taking product, but researching about it looks very good.
