The shoes that I initially received were slightly too small, however the company was very quick to rectify this by sending out a larger pair the same day, without any hassle; this is fantastic customer service, and as such I couldn't offer a higher recommendation for this company.The shoes themselves are aesthetically brilliant, comfortable and of a high build quality. I'm very pleased with these shoes, and would highly recommend them.

bought these specifically for the snowy weather for the walking, upon wearing these, the grip at the bottom of the shoe does not inspire much confidence, I also found that to my dismay they are not waterproof either as my feet were completely soaked. The sole on the inside aren't padded very well and after a month or so my feet abit sore. Would not recommend

Comfy, stylish and warm. I usually only like to spend around £20 for shoes but these are without a doubt worth the price. Can't recommend enough. The only negative I can say is that the fur on the inside can rip of fairly easily but with normal day to day use this should not be an issue.

The look of these boots is really nice but I'm afraid that's where it stops. The size of so strange, reading through previous reviews I ordered a half size bigger to be safe. They arrived and fit, but fit very wierdly, they are tight in some areas and lose in some areas, they are not comfortable at all, the heel right at the end of the boot feels like steel, I wore them to work and walked about a little bit and by the end of the dayy heel was killing me for 2 days. Maybe I just got a faulty pair but there are horrendous. Also when delivered they didn't even come in a box, arrived wrapped in some bubble wrap.

I ordered a size 10.5 (I normally take a size 9.5 to 10.0) & sadly these are really pinching my toes & are just too uncomfortable to wear! I have now been offered a #FreeReturn, so I will reluctantly send them back but they are a great looking shoe & (I presume! LoL) very cosy to wear in the Winter!

I ordered two pairs (brown and blue).Arrived the day after ordering.Although I normally take a size 8, I ordered a size 9 and they fit perfectly.Can't fault the quality of these boots. For the money paid they a brilliant.

beautiful looking boot struggled to get them on at first and thought they were too small but once my foot was in them they were so comfortable walked today and they were great like walking on cushions very impressed

i really do like this shoe but the only problem is, it didn't come in 8 1/2 for the size i really wear is 8 1/2 so i should of bought size 9 instead because the 8 fit but a little two tight, i haven't wear it as yet i only tried it on
