I recently bought this set and am very pleased with it. The molds are made of high-quality stainless steel, and they’re easy to use for making cream horns and cannoli. I was looking for something to make little Ahi Tuna Cones and these little guys did the trick! I can't wait to use the larger cones and the cannoli shaper too. They are good quality and you get so many for the money.

Items were well maid. Liked stainless steel construction. Everything you need to make cannolis.

What I thought I was buying were solid metal molds. But in reality these are sheets of metal that are bent into shape. The sheet is rolled and not soldered or pinned together. If you snag the edge and pull, you will until the form. This form is not a deal breaker for me. But it is information that is worth knowing up front.A word of caution, the cone forms love to stick together. My quick solution was to take a dish towel and use the first ion from the towel(holding onto the one cone in each hand) and pulling them apart. A minor inconvenience and frustration if you expect to pull them out of the box and quickly separate them out for use.Washing them is easy.Right from the get go, the cooked dough stuck to the molds, all of them. If you cool the dough it sticks worse than if you remove the forms as soon as yo can safely handle your pastry. Depending on what you are baking, you may want to consider greasing the forms to attempt to eliminate this sticky problem. (This is especially important if you cook with minimizing sprays and other chemicals when cooking.)These are really my only complaints. And I do want to note that I am still please with the purchase.

Bought this kit primarily for the cones- used them recently for Easter to create pastry crust “shells “ with a cone shape to stuff with chicken salad and mimic a carrot. Easy to clean

These worked great when I made canoli, however make sure you spray them good before you add your dough cause it will stick. And careful of the edges when removing, I had one that was stuck, and I either burned through my skin or cut myself on the edge when trying to remove it

My wife likes baking with our granddaughter they enjoy making desserts

I ove the cannoli rolls but the bag for the creme fill is not worth much. filing does not come out properly and leaks out.

I have not tried them yet but they will make my learning to make cannoli easier for sure
