Fresh bread like Mom used to bake.
The bread mix was really easy to use, and produced delicious fresh bread with plenty of fibre. I love it toasted, great flavour.

It would probably be fine you made it by hand
Doesn't work in my Panasonic bread maker. It didn't rise and there was still dry flour at the bottom of the pan once it was finished baking.It would probably be fine you made it by hand, just didn't get on with my bread machine.

Didn't like it
I have tried to make this twice but didn't come out nice at all. It came out a lot flatter than in the picture, tasted a bit bitter and to crumbly to cut just fell to pieces.
