Great for PT
I got these because I use a similar product at my physical therapists, and they are a ton better than the thin rubber sheeting type straps they give me to use at home. These work for all my exercises, I can move to a different resistance depending on if it's a good day or not, still get my exercises in, even if I'm using a very light resistance compared to normal, at least I'm getting the movement and exercise in. I haven't had any issues with these, they're solid straps, thick, I don't have any nicks, tears, etc. and while they do smell like rubber, it doesn't smell like I've been blowing up balloons in my house like the ones the doctor used to give me. These work great for my purposes.

Great for at home exercises
I have been working out at home even before Covid hit. And, I love having fun exercise equipment to help me stay fit. I was excited to have discovered this product.Why I love this product:* You get 3 different resistances: light, medium and heavy.* Each band is about 2 feet long (in a loop) and is perfect for lots of resistance work.* There is a little card which shows sample exercises.* They stay in place.* It is perfect for my Barre 3 workouts.

Similar strengths to what I received in physical therapy
I ordered these because my current small resistance bands are aging after a couple of years of heavy use. I got the existing ones from physical therapy, and they've lost about 20% of their original strength at this point, so it was time to find a new set.These SPRI mini bands are pretty comparable to what I got in PT, around 30-40% stronger than my existing ones; they're a little wider, so being a little stronger is to be expected. I've rebuilt physically to the point that the increase is manageable, though I'm doing fewer reps per set and reaching muscle fatigue sooner.I love using resistance bands for my workouts, because the flat and loop bands pack into such a tiny amount of space that I can fit the two flat bands and a loop needed for my weekly OT into a space the size of a pair of socks. They're fantastic for travel because they weigh almost nothing and can fit easily between other items.There's nothing spectacular about these, though, so I'm giving them 4 stars. They do what they're expected to, and at a reasonable price.

Mostly For Lower Extremities Workouts
First off, you should note that these are short bands for use mainly on lower extremities. There are a number of exercises you can do with your legs, as detailed aim the booklet that came with it. However, due to the length and shortness of these bands, there is limited exercises that you can do involving your upper extremities. You will need longer bands for those. However, for your legs, these are great. Recommend.

Too thin, rolled a lot
They are much easier to use than the thick bands but they over stretch and roll and that makes them hard to use. I can't get through 15-20 reps of anything
