Spent time reading reviews before I purchased and saw lots of negative comments about delivery, temperature and noise. I decided to go ahead anyway and have not regretted it. I paid the extra money to get my old appliance collected and the new one delivered to the correct room, this only cost about £20 extra and I would definitely pay for this service again. The fridge was delivered in perfect condition, the old appliance removed and all the packaging was taken away. A few reviews mentioned how noisy the fridge freezer is but I have not found this to be the case, it is in fact far quieter than my old one. The temperature also seems to be as it should, despite some reviews stating that their appliance wasn't cold enough. All in all I am glad that I purchased this, I would definitely recommend and would buy again.

We have a large (290 Litre) Russell Hobbs freezer in the garage and had a larder fridge in the kitchen. The lack of a freezer section in the larder fridge was getting to be a bit of a pain as Ice cream, Ice cubes etc. meant a trip outside to the garage.Our Russell Hobbs freezer has been going perfectly for the past five years so we have faith in the brand and this model suited our needs exactly.I was slightly concerned to read reports of damage to some of these on delivery but ours arrived in perfect condition and the delivery driver couldn't have been more helpful, carrying it straight through to our kitchen.We were originally quoted a delivery time of some two weeks but it arrived just two days after ordering.It was allowed to settle before switching on and a few hours later the temperature in the fridge part was 2 degrees C and the freezer was at -18 C.The rack in the freezer door holds fourteen choc ices (My favourite) and there's a dished section in the bottom of the freezer compartment for collecting water during defrosting…Neat.The fridge door bottom rack holds two 4 pint milk containers along with two 500ml soda water bottles and plenty of space for butter and other stuff in the top racks.It's quite lightweight and easily pulled out by one person for cleaning etc.

We bought this fridge freezer for a holiday home where we were not going to stock a lot of frozen food. It looks very attractive and works very well from the start. Those are the pros.The cons. are - Because of the position in the kitchen we wanted the door to hinge from the left. This is possible and they give you instructions to do this. Not as easy as described and I suggest that you get a good DIY person to do it. Secondly, we left the middle shelf in the lower of two positions and as the fridge was positioned close to the wall. When we came to removing the shelf for cleaning or to raise it to the higher position, it was impossible without having the door swung back to nearly 180 degrees. Therefore we had to pull the fridge right out into the centre of the room to move the shelf. I think that is a bad design fault. But now we have decided to leave the shelf always in the top place it works very well and we would recommend.

Great fridge for a single person! It has even saved me money thanks to the much bigger freezer. I'm no longer shopping every week!I needed a bigger freezer compartment compared to the tiny ice boxes you get on other undercounter fridges. I live in a flat so i couldn't by a separate freezer.Mine did arrive damaged but this very small dent (1cm) was on the side so wasn't noticeable. Also had another issue were I thought the compressor was damaged, I left it standing for well over 24 hours but whenever the compressor kicked on there was this horrible loud ringing sound. Pulled the fridge out and the bracket the compressor sits on was loose, tightened up with plyers and problem solved.Despite this I still love my new fridge freezer, again saved me money by not having to buy as much as often.

Fab little under counter fridge-freezer. Holds a couple of 1 litre cartons of juice and 2 pints of milk easily in the door compartment with room for eggs at the top. Enough room for salad/veg in the drawer and basic essentials on the two shelves. Perfect for single people and lightweight too

Pleasantly surprised with the size of freezer compartment. Ideal for my Flat as the kitchen is quite small.

Love how quiet it is and big freeze compartment considering the size.

After the first delivery unveiled a damaged item Amazon quickly arranged a replacement which my elderly mother is greatly appreciating. The not-too-small freezer is ideal for her to stock up and eke out her shopping. Cant comment on efficiency yet. Nice looking unit that sits nicely under her counter. No issues so far, only praise.

Great little fridge, nice sized freezer to keep you going for a few days, just loses one star for the gurgling noise that wasn't present with my old, near silent fridge. It does require a bit of bending to reach the lower shelves, so if you have a bad back you will feel it, but otherwise a nice looking unit that is perfect for an under-counter fridge/freezer. Ideal if you have a larger freezer in the garage/utility room.

Great little fridge with a good freezer compartment at the top, we use it just for ice cubes but can put a lot more in, looks nice

Yes the Russell Hobbs fridge freezer is great am really happy with it, but am not so happy with the delivery, when it arrived it was damaged not a lot and does not interfere with the performance but it is brand new and should be perfect. No one will take responsabliy for it, I am not asking for a lot just a small compensation payment as an act of good will.

Nice little fridge - smaller than it looks online. While you need to bend down low to access the fridge section - it boasts a practical freezer, with its own independent door - uniquely I think in such a compact appliance. Can sometimes be a bit noisy. On the whole I'm delighted with it. Exactly what was needed in a small flat.

Bought this for my daughter she’s in a very small studio flat and this is perfect fits really well under kitchen counter she loves it so far

This fridge/freezer is exactly what I needed - a bit for fridge and a bit more freezer and this 'bit more' is perfect.

I like the small to medium freezer compartment, You have to really crouch down to get into the fridge and sometimes you forget you have things in there. Like the surprise choccy I found last week. But overall a really cute fridge
