A straight replacement for a Fitbit Alta charger which had broken one of it's retaining clips, which meant that the only way to charge was to rather annoyingly have to physically sellotape the charger to the Fitbit. This replacement unit performs exactly the same charging function, with one end fitting a standard USB socket the other into the back of the Fitbit. What attracted was the price, which at £4 means the item can be treated like a consumable - although it certainly seems sturdy enough not to suffer the same fate as the original it was replacing. At a glance there aren't any physical differences to the original as supplied, save for a slightly longer cable. Works like a charm at a bargain price.

Bought to replace my Fitbit charger for my Charge 2. Works well, decent value for money and easy to use. Just need to make sure the dial on the outside of the Fitbit is in the slot on the charger - something I didn't work out right away!

This is my 2nd charger. This item does the job and is good value for money. However the hinges came loose after a while and eventually stopped working. However, because of the cheapness of the item I have reordered the identical charger.

The charger isn’t fit for purpose. I had to break the charger and fit it with an elastic band to even get it to work! Joke guys.

I ordered this replacement charger as I had forgotten to bring my charger on holiday. It looked the part in the picture and arrived next day at my holiday destination. How disappointed was I when I realised This product is not fit for purpose. It has only 2 pins instead of 3 and they are oriented differently to those on my Fitbit Alta. Unfortunately I can not send it back as I tried to charge my Fitbit by breaking the clamp. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Charger worked well for several months, then stopped working last month. Disappointing! Now I have to spend more money buying another one!

Had to purchase one of these as my original Fitbit charger disintegrated at the clasp... Happy with the item, charges well, have used it since September and had no issues, would recommend the product.

I have a Fitbit Alta which has been asleep in the drawer for 2 years at least. This charger worked perfectly and is an absolute bargain - I can only assume the negative reviews must be from customers with a different model, maybe the Alta HR? Buy with confidence people :)
