The viewing window will be slightly smaller than the size given, approx 4mm of your picture will be covered on each side, this is to hold everything in place.Glass is not suitable to be sent by post. So All Frames are supplied with Styrene safety glass, which has same clarity as glass, but it is much expensive, durable and safer than traditional glass. Especially suitable for homes with kids and elderly.There is protective plastic film on both side of the styrene sheet. Please remove it before framing your picture. The back of the frame did not easily fit back into the frame
The mount was attached to the back of the frame, so had become stuck to the protective wrapping. As a result some minor damage occurred to the mount. The back of the frame did not easily fit back into the frame, meaning i had to remove a think slice of the back to get it to fit back in. The hanging clip pinged off the backing, and there was no instruction on how it was supposed to fit.Despite these difficulties, I like the frame and it suits my print beautifully.

Not satisfied.
The white mount border was enclosed outside of the frame and was not clear it was the border. It was ripped whilst unpacking. The border is too thin and barely covers the picture edge so I am now looking for a thicker border for both frames to replace the ones provided.

Good BUT gaps
Good product BUT a little disappointed that the mitered 45 degree front edges on front of picture frame have GAPS in ALL 4 corners - see attached pictures.

very well made, substantial weight and great quality. The choice of frame and mount colours is great, happy repeat customer.
