Hi, these function in the same way as the H20 lab ones do, yes. These are also food grade.

Q: Can your charcoal filters be used with an EcoPure water distiller? What are their measurements please?

Hi, each of the sachets measures 7.5cm x 3.9cm. They simply go into the spout where the distilled water comes out of. If your EcoPure is like my ViaFosa you simply remove the spout and place the sachet into it so the water runs past it before going into the collection jar.

Q: I am finding conflicting information about changing the filters. I have a viafosa which says every 3 months, other information says every month.

it depends on usage. if you use it every day then change the filter every month. if not then every 3 months.
