I was raised eating pies, so was intimidated when my husband started requesting cakes, so for Christmas I bought these pans for HIM to bake his own cakes. They are awesome! I don't know much about pans, but they are so heavy and sturdy that I think the cake is baking evenly and are quite light and fluffy. We haven't had any trouble with scratching or rusting. And no trouble with the cakes releasing from the pan. They are even pretty - a nice copper color. This cake newby thinks they are high quality and a great investment for your kitchen!

Wow, I'll admit I've only had a cheap muffin tin in the past. But this is HEAVY and great quality. Make egg bites and absolutely no stick.

I didn’t realize there was that much difference between an 8 inch and an 9 inch cake pan so my cakes came out very thin. However, the quality of the pans are great, even baking , Easy release of the cake layer and easy cleanup. They are definitely nonstick..

I bought this to make a pineapple upside down cake. Worked perfectly! Turn upside down and cake came right out, love it!

I could do without the brand name being raised on the bottom of the pan. I just don't like the idea of having their emblem on every cake or anything I bake. I think it's a little bit over the top in terms of branding -they could have as easily put it on the bottom of the pan and made it flat. That is the only thing that I really truly dislike about these pants but thery are such good quality I bought them anyway. I know it's sort of a small thing and you never really get to see it; I just don't like the idea of it then branding everything I bake- it's ridiculous

I ordered this pan to make a new mini blueberry muffin recipe. I love that the muffins were so easy to remove after baking. Hand washing is recommended, and was so easy. No stickness!

Decided to spend a little extra to get this one that has no teflon as I read it is not safe. We bake a LOT and my old one was getting scratched up. Very happy with my purchase. Food doesn't stick, easy to clean, cooks evenly. Just needed to educate everyone in my household to clean it with a soft cloth, not anything that scratches, etc.

Heat is evenly distributed and food does not stick! Would buy more.
