I have used a lot of hip braces over the years. I broke my hip in 2006 and it’s never been the same. That being said I bought this one because it was affordable and looked like the kind I prefer.I wore it out today to test it out and overall I really like the brace.Pros:It has rubber grip around the top of the waist band which helps hold it in place instead of having to have it super tight or deal with it sliding down as I move around.It comes with a nice heating pack you can tuck in easily anywhere it’s needed in the brace without having to take the whole thing off and readjust.It’s size range can fit pretty much anyone. I went with a m-xxl and it works although I probably should have went with the small to make it easier to tighten and put on.It’s comfortable. It didn’t bother me while wearing it all day.It’s made of a thin lightweight material but isn’t the kind with the holes throughout it. I honestly hate braces with those because even though it’s supposed to make the brace “breath” I feel like it reduces the stretch of the brace and then they have to be super tight to keep them in place. Cons:My issue is with my right leg and while it says it’s usable on both legs when it’s on the right leg it makes the Velcro adjustments be on my lower back and behind my leg so it’s hard for me to put on alone as I also have back issues.Pet hair easily sticks into the material, however I’ve noticed that this kind of material always does this and it’s one of the better materials for braces to be made of in my opinion so I’ll deal with the hair.It gaps slightly at the bottom of my thigh. This is possibly user error from putting it on by myself but thought I should mention it just in case.So overall this is one of the better braces I’ve used. The cons don’t outweigh the pros and it’ll probably become my most used brace as it’s the closest I’ve found to my favorite one I’ve ever had but can’t seem to find again.If you want a decent light weight brace that does the job well and can add some heat or cold to your injury this is a good choice.

I bought this because I pulled my groin muscle and was in a lot of pain. I've worn it three days now and after the first day, my pain started to ease. Today, on day three, I'm almost back to myself. No more pain in my legs, just a small amount in the groin area. Definitely worth the money. Saved me from going to the ER. I couldn't even stand up without help and couldn't sit leaning on the left side of my buttocks and couldn't sleep on the left side at all. I slept great last night. I'm a size 9/10, 5/5 tall, I got the small to medium size. Fits great. Going to order a larger size for my husband, who's been having a bit of pain himself. Material is great and made very well. Thank you for making this because I didn't know how much longer I was going to make it with the pain.

Can't get it tight enough for my pain relief of my leg. It would be better if the straps were a little longer and had more stretching ability and pulled towards the front instead of the back for my right leg.

I am over 70 and a woman of average arm strength. I could get the device on but getting the Velcro unfastened took all my strength and I strained a chest/stomach muscle doing it. I broke two fingernails and the Velcro took the nail polish mostly off the fingers on the hand with the broken nails as I pulled and tugged. There was no way I could manage this on a daily basis. It was not comfortable to wear when sleeping, which is when my sciatica is worse and it did not help it at all. It did not help my sciatica either during the day sitting or walking. Too bad this didn't work. I really need something that does work.

It's very flexible belt. After 4 months of using the belt. My brother is happy and satisfied. This is something he needed since he has the pain and this is been helping him alot. He has to sit in the office for long time and this belt made it easy and it's comfortable to wear. It's reliefs the pain and give support on his lower back. The compression on this belt is good and it fits really good too. Thank u amazon

My wife was suffering from severe groin pain that came on quickly. This brace helped ease the pain significantly even without the use of the gel pack. Felt great using this belt the first day overnight but when I had to take it off, the sciatic pain increased by at least twice the pain level. Thigh part of belt is hard to put on at times, and shorter than I would have expected.
