Notice to take out the microwavable pack! I definitely just microwaved the whole giraffe the first time!It looses heat faster than some of the other ones I have used in the past. Maybe it is because the whole thing doesn’t heat up. Just the microwaveable part.Cute and Soft! Still glad I got it for postpartum cramps

I love this thing! I love how its arms and legs are articulated, since they almost freely flop around. The heat pad holds heat very well, but it's sometimes a pain to get it into the plush because of both how hot the pad can get and how tight the opening is. It's always worth it though, having a heated plush like this is so comforting.

Love it can be laundered. The heat pouch is unscented, but I could add essential oil. Great size. Will be purchasing another one soon.

The product is very cute, soft, floppy & the velcro in the back is very convenient. Unlike a lot of other brands of heatable plushies, this one has a removable pouch which makes the shell washable. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because they're not made with high quality fabric BUT they're financially accessible so it's not a big deal to me. I also would have loved a bigger one so I think sizes would be a great selling feature for these.The design is simple & cute, the heating pack is easily removed & replaced. If you massage the warmth into the fabric it does get warm enough to be a comfort but nor warm enough to ease pain. There is no scent. It's not very heavy but heavier than your typical plush. It is exactly as advertised & I will 100% be getting more.-A plush collector

He is my FAVORITE. He is the perfect size for cuddles and to hold up as a hot pad wherever you need it. The heated pad inside has gotten me stopped at airport security more than once for the beads…but he’s a wonderful and useful companion if you love frogs :3

I have bought these for many of the kids in the family. They love them. They not only comfort them when ill but in general are comforting.

Cute as a stuffed toy, not so great as a heating device. The user must remove the pack from the toy before placing pack in the microwave for a minute. After replacing the pack in the toy, the heat lasts less than five minutes.
