This used to be my mom’s drink in the morning and I decided to give it a go, I also needed to cut down my caffeine intake. This is so delicious with a caramel taste, it is super smooth and not bitter at all. You can make it milk or just water, I prefer black with water but both are delicious. It has tons of fiber too which is a plus to kickstart my mornings.

I remember ma parents drinking Ricoré every morning. They lived into their mid-nineties, so even if their morning routine had little to do with it, I figured just the great taste of Ricoré will do.

I love the flavor of chicorée and coffee together . The caffeine content is just right for people who cannot have to much of it.
