This product is great for anyone suffering from mild rosacea. Since I started using this product approximately a year ago my skin condition appears to have improved.

After many, many, many years of red cheeks that reacted to most creams, both affordable and also expensive, I have found something that actually works to reduce redness without the burning sensation of a product that is not sensitive enough for my facial skin!I have applied the cream for about a month now and although I was sceptical about whether another cream that claimed to calm and most importantly reduce redness (and not just a cover up job), I must say that my cheeks are at least 75% less red, and family members have commented on this without knowing I had been using this new product. The best thing is not to have the burning sensation after using different products that did not work with my skin.The odour at first was a bit off-putting but this is down to the formula not containing any perfumes which is probably why a lot of the other products were making my face react with the chemical ingredients in them.I am making multiple more purchases as I am so pleased with it! I can’t believe it’s taken me from my teenage years into my 30’s to find this product. It’s a must for anyone who has lived with a similar struggle!

I am extremely disappointed and honestly very angry about this situation. I was really looking forward to this cream — I have sensitive skin with redness and I had high hopes. But what I received is completely unusable. The pump is defective, no matter how many times I press it or how I try to fix it. I removed all the seals — from the top and bottom — even dismantled the packaging, and still, the cream won’t come out.Now I don’t even know how to get the cream out without completely destroying the container. This whole situation is beyond frustrating, and it’s actually making my skin worse — because when I get very stressed, my skin gets redder. So this turned into a vicious cycle, which is the exact opposite of what this product was supposed to help with.I feel completely let down. Please fix this quality issue — it’s unacceptable for a dermatological product like this.

Very effective cream, reduces redness almost instantly, very happy with product

I have been using the product for a few weeks. Seems ok but I haven't noticed an increase or decrease in my redness issue.The item was delivered to a uk address in packaging in the French language- label, leaflet & carton which isn't useful.

I bought this as a last resort for my husband we have spent a fortune over time to help his red cheeks. Bought this 2 weeks ago and fingers crossed it is working his skin has visibly improved and is nice and soft will continue using and hopefully he’s found his forever cream👍
