Decent support.

Was getting fair amount of elbow pain particularly associated with preacher curls. Fine at the time but then very dull ache for days. Tried these and no more issues. Very comfortable and snug fit. Great support. Well worth the money.

My current elbow sleeve of choice. Been using them for the past fortnight and they’re perfect. I suffer with tennis elbow and since using them it’s nearly gone. Sizing is snug as they’re supposed to be tight and they don’t slip when on. No noticeable restriction to full articulation of the elbow. Quality is top notch so I’ll be taking a close look at what other products they produce. Top value for money AAA+++

Ive had these about a year.I wasnt sure if they helped when i first started using them but now i understand that the purpose of the elbow sleeves isnt to make you lift more, for me i feel that it keeps the joints safe and tight, making the lift more solid.Its not something i use every time.

They sent me 2 LEFT sided elbow wraps so they feel weird one side.

Very comfortable and robust sleeves and their compressions are very good at providing support to my elbow, which helps me very much in reducing elbow aching that can last a few days, especially after having an intense workout using heavy weights
