Every item in the kit is of good sturdy quality. Nice wooden handles,sturdy construction of cutter,baskets are sturdy.The lining of the baskets clean up easily. My husband first ever loaf of sourdough bread turned out beautifully round.Could have been purchased from a bakery.probably had alot to do with the proofing basket.
