This product is very helpful for sore shoulders and lower back. It works just as advertised and is a very good buy. Is very easy to use and easy to control the heat level if you need to use that.

Ive been using over a year now. Highly recommend. Works out my neck and back kinks. I love how I can adjust the pressure and position using the arm loops. Between this and my inversion table I've saved thousands of dollars on massages and chiropractic work. Highly recommend, for those who like a deep massage.

It definitely works. It even comes with a normal ac adapter but also a car plug in to use during travel or just on your lunch break. It's powerful & honestly feels like an actual massage given with hands. It has different speeds & can change direction or pressure. It also has a heating option. Highly recommend!

Use this almost every night and sometimes during the day for my neck and upper back.Considering it's not that expensive, it does a good job.For best results use while on the couch or in a high back chair. To use the back seat of the couch to apply pressure. Total game changer, then just using the straps to apply presure.

There are so many versions of this massager with different price ranges. They all work, but it is a matter of comfort and quality vs. price. I got this one for $25. The mesh quality is less soft than the other ones I have. This mesh hurts my skin. The right side spinner seems defective or needs some lubricant. I returned this one.

I’ve had a pinched nerve in my neck for two weeks - nothing helped (ice, heat, manual massage, different sleeping positions). Got this and noticed a small improvement within an hour of first use. I’ve now had it three days and used it 5-6. Numbness in my hand is mostly gone and my strength is returning. Miracle worker or just good timing - not sure but either way it feels amazing too. I dont believe it gets as warm as it mentions (it’s barely warmer than with no heat) and I wish the controls were lower as reaching up is where my pain occurred. Long review longer - I’m please and glad I bought this one.UPDATE - so far still good. One update is it does heat up … but only at about 30 min of continuous use (built in timer is at 15 min). The 15 minute timer does not reset if you manually turn off. So if it ran 11 min of the 15 timer the next time you turn it on it will only run 4 min before having to turn on again. Not a big deal. Just a surprise.

Saw this all over TIKTOK and ordered off Amazon. I plugged it in and put it on the back of my neck and it like grabbed me like a mama kitty picks up her infant kitten... PINCHED THE HELL out of the back of my neck. I assumed user error after so many rave reviews but when I tried again I still did not love it, it was too hard and it hurt me. Returned it.
