Needed small size to fit firebox. Better product than what I expected. Solid and heavy. Good quality build and material. Should work well

This grate is built from solid steel rods welded together. I would describe it as indestructible. It was completely wrapped in foam padding as shown in the picture. Not sure why the vendor is so concerned about any little nick or scrape that might occur during shipping - it's going in a fire with logs thrown on it,The rounded shape from front to back helps the logs stay together as they burn, giving bigger flames. The close spacing of the bars keeps the logs from falling apart and through the grate.Couldn't be happier with this purchase!

This is heavy- which is good. On average my calipers measured 0.72 in round steel. This is not cast iron - most thats ay it in their titles lie. But its held up well for several fires. Definitely thicker than my old square steel grate.They wrapped it in foam for shipping and put extra protection on the legs and ends so it didnt puncture through the box...good thinking. Not like this hunk of steel would get hurt shipping, but courteous to the other packages.Would recommend to a friend.

We use it in a fire pit to provide good air flow, it is small enough for that and does a great job of getting the airflow and keep the logs from rolling around.

It’s very small so measure carefully. But it’s well built and solid metal.

Never have seen this design for a fireplace grate using round material and additionally, they put a Center leg so it doesn’t sag when the fire gets hot. Haven’t tried it yet but as far as I see it’s a very nice product for a good price.

Bir kaç sene içinde yanulacağını zannetmiyorum fakat eğer deformasyon olursa mutlaka yorumumu güncelleyeceğim.Metal çubukların arası açık olduğu için ürünü sobadan çıkarmaya gerek kalmadan elektrik süpürgesi ile sobayı temizleyebiliyorum ve bu ciddi bi avantaj yaratıyor kolay, hızlı ve temiz iş oluyor.Paketleme konusunda biraz abartmışlar. Zaten sobaya girip yanacak olan bi ürünü öyle bi korumuşlar ki çizilmesi falan mümkün değil.

This is a very well made rack. Extremely sturdy and would definitely last. Do to the heaviness of the rack the box it came in was quite destroyed but no issues for the rack itself. Like how woul d one package something like this. I ended up returning it as it wasn't working for our situation but I had to leave a review as it is a quality item and was impressed enough to leave a review for others considering to purchase.
