I've been trying consume healthier foods - and smoothies is a great way but sometimes they are too sweet or full of sugar. I don't love this has 14 grams but it's all natural and it added sweetness and honestly it's the best tasting greens . I add to a scoop of garden of life vanilla and small scoop of ice /almond milk. Very fast and filling

I like this powder. The self-contained packets are simple and easy to travel with, and the flavor is good with a healthy mix of natural ingredients. Be sure you put it into a container that you can shake thoroughly, because in my experience stirring it really isn’t sufficient. Even well shaken, there are some ingredients (I think maybe pineapple?) that don’t seem to dissolve completely. On the downside, 8-10 ounces feels like a fairly small serving, but the flavor is good, and the nutritional value contained in this powder with a pretty low-calorie count is outstanding. At the price when I ordered, this product is beyond my budget for regular use, but for someone with a large food budget looking for a tasty and healthy smoothie style drink option, I think these packets present a great option.The more I think of these packets, the more I think of them as a healthy option when you know you’re going to be traveling and hard-pressed to make healthy choices. It’s tough to think of them as something to invest in every day, but it’s easier to swallow (literally & figuratively) when I think of them something to purchase for hectic travel to help me counteract hamburger cravings.

I was intrigued by the prospect of having a smoothie to take on the go and have pretty much anytime and anyplace, just keep some water or milk in a blender bottle and mix in a packet of this powdery mix when ready to enjoy a smoothie. Besides, I did enjoy the space ice cream I got when visiting NASA even if it wasn’t exactly like real ice cream. While I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, my expectations were a bit low given I have been let down by the myriad of products on the market with similar aspirations but lackluster delivery. It turns out that this product does a reasonable job living up to its claims, but still leaves something to be desired if you’ve ever been to a tropical paradise and enjoyed a fresh fruit smoothie in person.The package indicates that to mix this up, simply get 8-10 oz. of either water or milk, and then stir or shake up well. I started with 10 oz of cold water for my first try of this mix and found that it was tasty, but missing something. It was a little thin and lacked some of the flavors I was expecting. The smoothness of the banana and body of the spinach seem to come through nice, and then there are spots and hits of fruitiness (mango, pineapple, and blueberry). There are small chunks in this mix and if you bite into them, there is an explosion of fruity flavors that brightens up this smoothie mix. I then tried it with a little more than 8 oz of whole milk and was rewarded with a nice thick and frothy smoothie (it helps that I vigorously shook it up in a blender bottle, which frothed the milk up a bit). The flavors were similar, but not exactly the same. With the milk, it seemed to me that the mix was slightly more bitter, which I would attribute to the matcha in the mix. It wasn’t a bad bitterness, but if you are sensitive to the bitterness of matcha or green tea, it might stand out a bit more to you (like it did when my wife tried it).All in all, while this will never compete with some of the smoothies I’ve had, and I’ve had some amazing ones from Maui, Singapore, etc., this almost ready to drink and very convenient mix certainly exceeded my expectations and isn’t bad. I saw that SMOOTHIE-N-GO has other flavors and I am interested in trying them given that this one was as good as it was (the one that caught my eye was strawberry banana), but the one thing that has me thinking twice is the price. I would say that it is a bit spendy, but with the price of groceries these days, I’m not sure I know where this should be priced and maybe it is perfectly reasonable. If you are looking for a smoothie that is good enough (not crazy good, but better than average for a mix), and the price doesn’t put you off, I certainly would recommend giving this a try. I’d also recommend trying with water and milk (I am curious to try it with coconut, almond, soy, … milk too) as the flavor and texture is a little different.

These smoothie packets are great for on-the-go! I mixed mine with cold milk in a blender bottle (I think it would be even better with coconut milk). The flavor is actually quite good (I ordered "Flow"). It has a slightly bitter matcha base flavor with bits of tart fruity essences. It's not overly sweet. It mixed nicely. I appreciate that there are no added sugars and all natural ingredients. I love that there was no unpleasant aftertaste! If you like smoothies and want a convenient and shelf-stable option, these are definitely worth trying.

This is delicious! I am so impressed with how well this mixes up. It's not like a regular powder, it dissolves immediately and tastes amazing. Has all the nutrients I'm looking for in a smoothie and is so easy to mix up and take on the go. This is a fantastic drink, it tastes so good. I will definitely purchase again. Will purchase again. This is better than any powdered beverage I have ever tried! My entire family enjoys the flavor
