Ow my head hurts so much.🤯 But this is a fascinating book with lots of interesting information and ways to learn you to use your brain to make yourself sharper and then more confident in your self and more aware of your surroundings and the people in your environment we all have a brain but do we (ME) really use it as much as we should (NO IS THE ANSWER) and this book is a good place to start to wake up your brain 🧠 and it’s a really good price for a piece of soviet history

Very different and very interesting
Spa School is a very different sort of book. The text alternates between techniques for improving memory as an agent would need to learn, and an actual spy story. The reader is also tested on the contents of the story as well. For me, the book was a lot of fun, as well as informative. I learned some things that are practical as well as learning about an actual case study.

This book is a must-have if you are the type of person who is already pretty observant. It's a bit dry, but I love that about it, it makes it feel real. I also love the hardback. It feels really nice in hand and it is very lightweight.
