This is a quality item at a value for money price - so good we bought a second for the downstairs toiletBefore fitting I recommend you tighten the two hex head screws that hold the arm to the back plate. You will need an M3 hex key. They can be done up very tight without fear of stripping the thread. Failure to do this will result in the arm working lose over a short period of time and needing to be corrected. Once tightened - no problem.They do come with a small hex key to tighten the back plate to the two wall small plates.Very pleased with the item - it looks good and works well and is thoroughly recommended.

Good quality, strong fixing plates, but larger and longer than you would expect, more like a small towel holder that a toilet roll holder.

FYA Supplier, excellent quality undoubtedly however following a full bathroom refit w/e 7th July it became clear its unsuitable for our new bathroom. Product in box and contents unopened can i request a return and full refund please?.

Easy to fit

My concerns materialised. Once you add the magic ingredient... A toilet roll the issue becomes clear... The bar supporting the toilet roll is too long... The toilet roll moves too easily back and forth along the bar holding it and can fall off... Whilst it looks good it is not a good design. I bought three and will persevere but sense my initial concerns will prevail and I will end up losing patience and having to replace them, very well made and bracket form is well engineered... Just a shame that the quango that designed it didn't apparently actually test it in use... As is so often the case with good looking inventions!

Like the simple styling so much that so bought an extra one to hang a small hand towel on next to basin

I bought the hand towel ring first then decided to get matching t-paper ring for my bathroom reno. Both these items are great and affordable updates to modernize your bathroom.One little thing that I have learned over the years, round toilet paper rolls on a flat bar rod don’t roll smoothly. This doesn’t bother me but might annoy some people. Rod needs to be round for rolls to spin smoothly. I choose looks over function.

Bonjour,J'ai installé les deux portes papiers-toilettes,l'installation est très bien conçue car les fixations par quatres vis , sontinsérées dans la rainure, donc il n'y a aucune vis apparentes !L'installation dure une vingtaine de minutes, et la qualité de fabrication et de finition sont detrès bonne qualité.
