The picture is from before I started working, but it is holding up beautifully. No dings or chips, and the ring from striking it isn't piercing. It could have gone without the horn being painted, but I took care of that. Absolutely worth the price, and a great find for a beginning blacksmith like myself. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better than I thought *by C***H on January 6, 2023* The ball bearing test returns at more than 50% bounce back. This has exceeded expectations for a small anvil. I would purchase this again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ even smaller than it looks BUT! HARDENED STEEL SURFACE.. *by A***R on December 1, 2020* I mean let's face it. It's 50 bucks..it does have four holes drilled for mounting. and it's hardened still at least on the surface. not sure on the horn honestly. it is painted everywhere but the surface. I suggest popping out a tape measure before purchasing. I probably should have. this thing is laughably small. but has been equally impressive so far.
