Easy to take, lasts quite long and I feel like I'm sleeping better and feeling a bit more energetic in the afternoon, when I used to be slightly sleepy before. Beware that it'll turn your urine slighty more yellow.

Bought these as, being vegan, I'm acutely aware that B12 is essential. Fantastic delivery times from Germany and I'd definitely recommend this product to anyone.

Did nothing for me. May as well have taken a placebo.

Too early to say if they are having any effect for tiredness.

Fantastic can feel the difference

Following a vegan diet I know that I can become deficient in Vit B12 which can make me prone to anaemia, nervous system damage and heart disease, so I rely on supplements to make sure that doesn’t happen.These small tablets are very easy to swallow, with no taste or after taste. They can be taken sublingually however they do not dissolve very quickly and though they have no taste I was left with some ‘chalky’ matter in my mouth so I had to swallow it with ‘enough’ water as I was told to do in the instructions.These tablets are made in Germany and the top label peels off to give one the information in 5 European languages.The written information online says that they are GMO free and have no ‘Unnecessary ingredients’. The illustrations online claim that it is gluten free, lactose free, without nuts, without gelatine, sugar free, without pollutants, without artificial fertilizer, no artificial flavours, or dyes and without magnesium stearate. Thankfully they are vegan friendly. I wish that the free-from information was on the label on the bottle as well, as being a coeliac it is very important for me to know that the supplements I take are gluten free. I would be more reassured if I saw this information on the product.Currently priced at £ 21.97, for 180 tablets it works out to just over 12 pence a day, great value for money. I’m glad that it contains 180 tablets so providing me with this essential nutrient for 6 months at a time.Best before date on my bottle was Sept 2022, so lasting for 6 months I will have consumed them well before that date. I had very fast delivery, appropriately packed, the bottle had a plastic wrapping ensuring no contamination and it was sent in the right size cardboard envelope and delivered by my postman. I recommend this preparation and I’ll be buying it in the future.
