Metal Earth5252 Metal Model, Silver

Love these models, have done a few now. Can be very fiddly and some parts can be very fragile but great kits.

I got this for my dad for his birthday , it arrived quickly and looks great once finished I would highly recommend getting this for those who love to build crafts

Bought for a friend with a great interest in planes, arrived before estimated delivery which is always very good and looks amazing when completed. Friend said they enjoyed building it. (Sorry for poor quality photo, This is what I was sent after it was made and I won't ask for a better photo for a review.)

Fantastic. Do feel it could of had a lot more detail in it but never the less still a super little model

Don't imagine for one moment that as a modeller, you will have all the right tools to assemble this model.Small bladed cold chisel, rods of the exact curvature needed, flat pliers, needle-nosed pliers with a flat tip, long needle-nosed pliers with a flat tip, cutting board, metal straight edge, &c. The ability to see microscopically would help.There are skills to making these models that I apparently do not have, such as the ability to insert tab A into slot B, then give tab A a half-twist to lock it in place: Either tab A will not insert into slot B, or if it does, tab A promptly shears off when twisted...Anyone want a half completed sheet steel Lancaster?

This is not value for money. And I did not expect a tiny sheet on metal with laser design so tightly etched that I could not decipher what was what. Why have a diagram with numbered parts but no description related to the numbers.

love it a bit fiddly at times so get some jewellery making tool and you be happy with the end result , you might also need a magnifing glass as well
