Q: Are these benches better than those york ones and having loads od bars loaded with weights

Yes this machine is just the best I’ve had mine over 2 yrs and still trouble free get used 2-3 times a week .you can do full workout safely on your own takes up little space no need for bars I do shoulders back chest and arms . One very satisfied owner would definitely buy this instead of a multi gym

Chest press is probably 250kg I have had 170kg on there no problems

just takes the olympic 2" ones..

Hi, yes, a decent set of assembly instructions was included. Can be done by one (competent) person without too much trouble. Will need a few spanners, or a socket set is even better.
