Up to expectation
The feeder has been used for about 2 weeks now and still did not fail in dispensing food. The weight/portion comes with instructions so we can work out with different kinds or brands of food correctly. The camera is inbuilt so even if it does not have the spanning view, I like it as an option. It is good to see your paw-baby and you can talk to them too. Overall, it is good value for money and so far, reliable.

Does the job with some limits
One of the pieces I received always dispensed wrong number of serves.I always put one serve every four hours. But it dispenses three every four hours.That’s too much for my cats and a waste of food. This issue only started AFTER the return window closed.

Stopped working
Worked good in the beginning. Then the ‘feed’ button stopped working after a while, and now I’m abroad and the device is offline and doesn’t turn back on. I hope the seller can contact me asap to discuss a replacement because this was not a cheap purchase.

The video and sound quality is so good! Im so happy with the product.

Good brand
I like this pet's auto feeder and the camera is very clear. But it will be perfect if the camera will be pointed on the food plate so you can tell and see if your pets finished the food or not, plus there is no memory card slot to save the videos you need to register and pay for their cloud monthly. Otherwise i can't save or watch later the videos.
