Works ok but the breathe easy one is better

These are very good with a cold and if you feel bunged up. It's given me alot of relief. It's eased breathing and is natural salt water which I like as there no chemicals in it. There's no smell too it either can taste bitter but other than that no complaints

Easy to use very good at clearing your nose for that moment in time but dpending on the severity I did find my nose was blocked not long after using
