Portmeirion Botanic Garden Covered Casserole (Multicolor,Regular)

This Portmeirion casserole dish is not only a lovely design it is very practical it can be utilised for cooking , reheating in the microwave and serving It is however a little on the small side so would not suit the larger family in this regard , one two or three persons ideal, perfect for that hot winter meal!

I initially bought one and the bought another two. The quality of each were the same good quality, with good colour, lids fitted and smooth. I have used them and got compliments

very nice casarole dish, again very expenive for this range of kitchen pottery, although it should last years if looked after properly. I do love the design..

I decided to give this to my niece for Christmas to add to her Portmeirion collection, but had left it very late. I ordered it on Amazon.co.uk and I was amazed when the Casserole Dish was delivered within 2 days of ordering, extremely well wrapped and it was exactly what she wanted. I had tried to buy this locally in large department stores including John Lewis and Debenhams without success. Nor did our local shops stock it, or were prepared to order it for me. So, I was very pleased to receive it in very good time for Christmas and my niece was over the moon. I now look forward to her cooking a nice casserole for me. Well done Amazon - I shall do all my Christmas shopping next year with you.

This versatile dish works as a casserole or a serving dish on the table. It's a very useful addition to my portmeirion plates and bowls, and like them, is sturdy and family friendly as well as attractive.

Perfect, a little small for a family stew but perfect for just the two of us....
