A lot of mugs are very small these days - and this one is a really good size. Love the designs in this range - also have the duck and swan ones.It's also made of quite fine china - much nicer to drink from than the thicker ones.A great buy

This must be positively one of my most favorite coffee mugs!.Ingenious and cheerful design, plenty of room to share a single mug of coffee with my husband.Even though, they are not the cheapest on the market, they are absolutely worth it.Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

Great design - the toucans make this a very appealing mug to look at with their bright colours. The mug itself appears to hold slightly less volume than I had anticipated: it was bought as a replacement for a similar one that certainly held 500 ml but this feels smaller, perhaps due to the slightly wonky shape of the one that I ended up with (it is more oval than circular when viewed from the top). Nevertheless, it does what it is supposed to and is easy to clean.

These mugs are gorgeous and would get 5 stars , except for the fact that the seller wraps them really badly. In my first order both were smashed to smithereens in transit. Second time, one was badly chipped. Such a shame !!!!

I love these mugs. The insides do get those faint grey scratches from dishwasher/teaspoons and the outsides fade a little, but they are a brilliant size, holding plenty of coffee, and the patterns are lovely and not too expensive. If I wasn't too lazy to hand wash I expect they'd still be pristine.

Beautiful and practical, and provide the size cup of tea and coffee I prefer. They wash well and do not crack when boiling water is poured into a cold cup. I wish I could collect all the patterns!

I have bought 20 of these mugs with various bird designs over the last couple of years, and at first was delighted with them as the cup shape and designs are lovely. But over this period first one, then another would break or the handle would come off, and I would replace it, until absolutely every one has broken. This included many which were bought as gifts for friends after they had admired them - all of them have broken too. I'm not at all hard on mugs. The one I'm using as I write - Hudson & Middleton seconds, same shape & size ('Rio' shape), white, bought for less than £4 - I've had for more than 10 years, using far more than I ever did the Queens mugs. Almost all my mugs and other ceramics I've had for many, many years, my dinner plates, used every day, for 30! Don't make my mistake, buy with caution and once they start to break, look elsewhere rather than replacing.

Great mug, perfect for a cup of tea. Think the detail around the face / eye area is less detailed than other designs, so 4 out of 5.
