Imagine

This version of Imagine is basically the same remix produced in 2000. The makers claim it is better sonically than the normal CD but no-one is too sure whether that is true. It is gold-plated, though, and you can't argue with that.Though the 2000 remix sounded clearer than the previous 1980s CD version, I am not sure it sounded any better produced. For all his faults, Phil Spector had a good set of ears, and his original production was pretty spot on. But for the extra clarity I would give the remix the slight edge.

Sounds as good as the day it was released. Finally replaced my cassette version of Imagine

I meant to buy some of John Lennon when I was a lot younger and never got round to it, I saw this on Amazon and decided to buy it and am very pleased I did loved listening to this and brought back some old memory's.
