Phone was in very good condition. You'd never know it was used.

I purchased this phone back in January, its been just about 4 months. To start i purchased it at a lower price due to selecting one with cosmetic damage, didn't bother me, I know to read descriptions when buying used. My issue was that the phone actually didn't stay powered on and would only work when plugged in. Im giving 5 stars because the customer service was great. I was originally offered a refund but I needed a phone so I asked about an exchange instead. I forgot who I spoke with but they delivered. I got a phone at the same price point which had 0 defects. I almost thought it was brand new. After 4 months just about the phone is still good. I have 0 issues with battery, both screen work, the folding still feels tight and good etc. Again my exchange was used also, I expected there to be some cosmetic damage or scratches on screen etc but it came 100 percent flawless. I will be ordering again since my wife now wants one.

This was my second Galaxy Flip4. My first I bought in June of 2023 direct from T-Mobile. In September it slipped out of my pocket while sitting in a chair, and it landed on a wood floor....so not a high fall and a fairly soft surface. The impact caused the hinge to misalign and the screen to detach. I did have it in a case at the time, but it was only a small piece of plastic covering the hinge. I decided it was just a "freak" occurence, and wanting to save some money, ordered another Flip4 since I liked the performance and features of the phone, especially it's smaller size in my pocket. I also ordered a better case that protected the hinge with a sturdier cover. Last week, for no reason at all (no drops or impacts) the hinge began to fail, and the screen began detaching from the phone. It's obvious that the hinge is a very weak design on these phones, and isn't built to last. You would think Samsung would have put more effort into making it reliable, but alas it's a typical "made to fail" product. Long story short: great idea, unreliable execution. If you buy one of these, get the insurance and fully expect a failure of the hinge and screen at some point.

Coming off the Note 10+ Ultra 5G (a phone that's a little over 5 years old) it was time to upgrade and move onto new tech. I was skeptical about folding screens as they're still relatively a new venture in the tech industry. Just after 4 iterations, this might be the right direction for Samsung. As the Z Flip 5 being the latest release from Samsung (as of August 2023), there are those looking to upgrade as soon as possible to the latest phone. However, some want to ball on a budget and still get something (somewhat) new like myself without having to break the bank. I bought this listed as $372.82 (including tax) and it's worth every single dollar. There are hundreds of videos on YouTube and written reviews online, so I don't need to get into it about specs and uses because, after all, this is a modern-day smartphone: you know what to expect in terms of hardware, functionality, and QOL. This is the phone for those looking for a quirky gimmick and a conversation starter, but not sacrificing anything that makes it a unique, power-house device. Sure, it takes a bit of getting use to, but I grew up with a flip cellphone, and this was just a nice piece of nostalgia to relive my middle school/early high school days. Nothing more satisfying than closing your phone to end a phone call.

Other than being in an aftermarket box, it was like new. Charging with a standard adapter isn't fast, but it's plenty good enough if you charge each night. I don't notice the fold at all, unless I look for it. Can't beat the price. I wanted a pocket phone, and this is ideal. Seems to be a decent camera. Not a world beater, but plenty good. This is the second day, and it's still wanting to do more updates. Something of a nuisance, but that's how it is with an older reset phone. The Samsung Smart app that is supposed to move data seems to have corrupted my old phone (Revvl V +5G) when I loaded it. So it's going to have to be factory reset for anyone to use. I don't keep much on a phone that I want, but I suggest you do an independent backup before attempting is. All in all, I'm happy with the decision and certainly with the price, since not being a thumb monkey, there's no way I'll pay $1K for a phone.

i bought this phone on jan.8 2023, and after reading the amazon renewed guarantee, i was confident that this was the best and affordable option. fast forward to sept.10 2023 and the screen on the phone starts to peel up and turn black. the phone is now non operational and the the seller eLgeo and amazon are telling me that since its past 90 days that they are no longer obligated to do anything on my behalf to resolve the issue. despite the amazon renewed guarantee policy stating that products have a 90 days up to a 1 year guarantee for premium products to get a replacement or a full refund. buyers beware, learn something from my experience and take what you can from it. dont let sellers and amazon fool you with their "guarantees" when buying products that cost hundreds of dollars, if you do, make sure to also purchase insurance to go with it. i did not bcuz i was thinking amazon at the very least guarantees that all will be well atleast for a year. that was a lie.

El teléfono, llego antes de lo esperado y en perfectas condiciones, el grand y único problema es que no esta liberado para utilizarse en méxico, lo tuve que devolver y quede pésimo porque era un regalo de cumpleaños. además de que te dicen que hagas la devolución pero puede tardar 2 semanas en regresarte el dinero.

El celular viene con t Mobile pero es liberable, me tardo un lapso de 2 meses para liberarlo directo del celular sin pagar nada

Hace un mes empezó a dar falla la pantalla principal, se corregía abriendo y cerrando, ahora ya no prende de ninguna forma, se restableció varias veces antes de ya no funcionar pero no funciono...

Comentario necesitan informar que no está desbloqueado claramente, solo eso la mayoría de las personas que lo compramos por esa situación lo estamos regresando, yo pagué casi mil pesos para el desbloqueo y el celular no me permitió ser desbloqueado directo en T mobile gracias Tiempo de entrega perfecta, calidad del celular impecable, gracias
