Perfect size for mini desserts
It was the perfect size for my mini ganache tart and my mini key lime pie. I have 4 inch pans but that was too big for what i needed. And the store have shells that are too small. So these are great! Thank you so much!

Easy to remove shortbread tart from pan except for sticking to the bottom.

Perfect for Making Tarts
These tart pans worked really well to make my orange/chocolate tarts. The shells baked evenly and when finished baking and cooling, they came out of the pans easily. They also cleaned up easily. I did hand wash them. Highly recommend.
