Based on the reviews, I didn't have high hopes for this product, but I've literally just put them in my size 12 slip on work shoes and not only do they fit perfectly without needing to trim, I can feel quite a big difference in terms of comfort.So if your shoes are uncomfortable, I reckon it's worth giving these a go - £12 isn't a huge amount!Just be aware that if you have smaller feet, you will probably need to trim the insoles, which is a bit of added faff but not the end of the world.If anything goes wrong (e.g. fast wearing out or a reduction in comfort), I will be sure to revise my review!

My husband works on an oil rig and got the cheaper ones which still caused him discomfort. He said that these helped his feet and he was able to move around without any problem. He has flat feet and gives him arch support and it isn’t a flimsy thin material.

They are comfortable but they don't tend to fit in my timberlands very well because of the raised part on the middle, which you can't cut or shape.

Really not worth the money.Arch support is very uncomfortable and also pushes the feet to cause you to walk/run on the outsides of your feet which in turn causes pain and discomfort in the outside of the lower leg.Plastic around the heal is very hard and the small gel oval gives no actual support of protection from impact.The peoe that have given these 5 star reviews must be used to having bricks in their shows because these really are not good insoles
