Flavour is absolutely great.
The flavour is amazing, it tastes exactly what you picture it tasting like in your head. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because it’s a bit chewy.

Not very snappy
Flavour is good but there is nothing ‘snappy’ about them. Chewy and tough and missing that dry crisp snap that’s expected from a snapstick

awful disgusting fatty cut of beef.
this is disgusting. I'm a biltong lover and usually use biltong emporium but thought I'd try amazon as it comes faster. It's fatty, not dry and has a weird taste. Got through 1 stick and binned the rest. Wouldn't even give them to a dog. awful cut of beef and felt like I was chewing fatty beef with a weird taste. Not biltong at all. don't waste your money. I want a refund.

I recommend if you like them perfect
These were exactly what I was after! I didn’t get any fat residue left in my mouth. They are tough which is what I was looking for and the chilli wasn’t overpowering which was nice as i could still taste the beef jerky.

Brilliant good quality and reasonably priced Biltong
Absolutely amazing product, ordered so many times. definitely worth the money, perfect little bite size snack that is full of flavour. If you like authentic Biltong then you will really enjoy this product. 5 stars from me.
