There appears to be an ongoing issue with the upper thread not pulling through. The thread is getting caught on something internally, which for a machine I just purchased is highly annoying - having to get things fixed already. I've only managed to embroider one test piece. During a second run, I keep getting the same message, photo attached, two needles have now snapped - never have I ever! To clarify - the upper thread has been thread correct, the machine completed one word. When asked to move on to the next word (on the same hoop) it started to malfunction. It's a truly amazing machine and with very little knowledge we have been able to make some amazing things using the built-in designs, and there are so many sites online to get even more lovely designs. As always ease of use depends on one's ability, but I definitely believe that anyone should be able to use. **Q: Can I upload my company logo to this and have it embroid my Logo and if so can it embroid on any soft fabric?** A: You can upload your company logo . But the design needs to be converted into a stitch file . Depending how complicated the design is brother have a app for your phone or you can send the deign to be digitised approx £15 .
